Can someone please let me know if this book was already preserved?

I would appreciate if someone could do me the favour of finding out if it's already on WOS or somewhere else in PDF format. If it hasn't been preserved and there are at least a couple people interested, I will buy the book on eBay, scan and convert everything to PDF and share it with everyone, just like I did before.
