How to get hold of Emulators

Postby RWAP on Mon Mar 01, 2010 3:45 pm

I have now added a list of ZX81 emulators to the links on my software page http://www.rwapsoftware.co.uk/zx81/zx81_software.html

I have also uploaded ZX4PAINT (thanks Dominique).

However, there are more emulators than the ones I have listed - does anyone know where they are currently stored on the internet, or do we need to centralise them all on my server as with the software?

Well... This is an emulator... ZX81 running on a Nintendo DS... I've tried it, and it's surprising...

I hope you like it.

I remember being fond of the lesser known NO$ZX81 emulator a few years back. The debugger was quite handy when working in ML/assembly, though it looks like the XavSnap version of VB81 may have caught up now, from the screen shots.

I think your list is a really good one. It would be great to have the emulators hosted at your website, but I'm guessing you would have to try to contact each author individually.

What I have done is to add links to the emulator pages and taken a snapshot of the emulator downloads onto my server, just in case the websites disappear (there is no link to them though)

Yo, Rich,

cool thing however - the "FERENGI" game is made by HOOY-PROGRAM with co-operation of Andre.

Which is important info.
